PES Pharma delivers Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an integrated engineering discipline within our EPCM framework, not as a standalone drafting service. Federated Model Management

All disciplines work on a shared Common Data Environment (CDE). Every update occurs in real time, eliminating version conflicts and ensuring that civil, HVAC, cleanroom, and utility layouts remain perfectly aligned.

Clash Detection & Resolution

Before a single pipe is welded or wall erected, we run automated clash detection across the entire facility. Interferences between process equipment, HVAC ductwork, electrical trays, and structural elements are identified and resolved virtually, saving months of site rework.

LOD 350–400 Deliverables

Our models reach Level of Development 350 (detailed coordination) through 400 (shop-ready fabrication). This enables precise quantity takeoffs, prefabrication of utility skids, and seamless handover to construction teams.

As-Built Model for Lifecycle Management (LOD 500)

Upon project completion, PES Pharma delivers a fully validated as-built BIM. This digital asset includes every equipment tag, valve, sensor, and utility connection—ready for integration with your CMMS or maintenance management system.
